How do I change my password?

To change your password once your account has been created, you will have to use the forgot my password function.

  • Go to the log-in screen and click Forgot password?

  • You will be asked to provide the email address associated with your account. After inserting that, click Continue

  • You will be notified to check your email for further instructions about resetting your account password.

  • Check your email and click the link provided to change your password.

  • You will be redirected to this screen where you can change your password.  Type the new password in and then re-enter it to confirm, then click Reset password

  • Following this,  you will have successfully created a new password for your account.
